Worldwide Women's Day: Apple pay tribute to Women


Apple Pay tribute to Women through its landing page on Sunday on the event of International Women's Day. 

Commending "ladies who are making a huge difference", a scrollable gathering of pictures and short life stories of ladies, for example, Malala Yousafzai, , soccer star Megan Rapinoe and #MeToo development author Tarana Burke welcome clients on the landing page.

Apple CEO Tim Cook paid tribute to ladies on Sunday just before International Women's Day. Apple Music highlighted another playlist containing hit tunes by female singing sensations Taylor Swift and Lady Gaga called "Ladies of Choice". 

Universal Women's Day began when a gathering of ladies in 1908 walked through New York to request better compensation, shorter working hours and rights to cast a ballot. The primary Women's Day was seen over the US the following year as per a revelation by the Socialist Party of America. The occasion is currently commended each March 8 out of many nations around the globe.
